Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Windy City Wash House services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Service Description

Windy City Wash House provides laundry services including:

• Self-service laundromat facilities
• Wash and fold services
• Pickup and delivery services
• Commercial laundry solutions

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Pickup and delivery services require payment in advance.

Liability

While we take utmost care in handling your items, Windy City Wash House is not responsible for:

• Items left in pockets
• Damage due to normal wear and tear
• Items that require special care not communicated to us
• Loss of items valued over $100 unless specifically declared

Cancellation Policy

Pickup and delivery services can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations may incur a service fee.
